Quiet Long Enough (QLE)

We Are Called

Episode Summary

It’s not my problem. I don’t want to get involved. I’m comfortable where things stand. That’s the rub! If the goal in our lives is the pursuit of comfort, it prevents you from standing up for what is good, right, true, and just. Things are really bad, or so we are led to believe. People have lost faith, or so we are led to believe. Don't believe all you are led to believe; it is not as bad as reported. But the danger is, the more people that lose faith, the more unrest there will be. We need to help them restore their faith. Let people know that you are out there.

Episode Notes

Story after story points to the fact that there are laws, policies, regulations, and people making decisions on our behalf and it's because we didn't get involved that they are in the position that they are in and making decisions about our lives… only we can fix it.

Some people have lost faith, but faith isn’t only about one’s God or religion, there is faith in family, friends, community, science, government, oneself. But the danger is, the more that lose faith, the more unrest there will be. We need to help them restore their faith.

We know you're fed up and tired, just don't get spun up, it is not hopeless. Do not lose faith in people. Let people know that you are out there, other people are out there, (And maybe just as uncomfortable about it as well).

“We the People” have the responsibility and authority to change what's going on. And we can do it together.
